1. By making a deposit, payment or booking you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions for yourself and all members of your party. This contract will be construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that each will submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Your contract is with Ben Aston, sole proprietor whose address is at Flat 7, Sanderling Court, 10A Boscombe Spa Road, Bournemouth, BH5 1BH. Any reference to 'the company', 'learnjavascript.london', or 'Learn JavaScript London' or 'We', means Ben Aston.

2. If you wish to cancel a booking this must be done in writing via email and will be effective from the date that notification is received at our offices. If cancellation is notified at least 28 days before scheduled course start Learn JavaScript London will refund any money paid less a cancellation fee of £175 per person. If cancellation is notified within 28 days of scheduled course start Learn JavaScript London will try to fill the vacated booking. If Learn JavaScript London is successful in finding a replacement they will refund the amount paid less the £175 per person deposit, otherwise you remain liable for the full amount of the invoice.

3. If full payment for a course is not made on-time Learn JavaScript London reserves the right to cancel the booking with no refund of deposit or any other money already paid and you remain liable for the full amount of the invoice.

4. In case of unforeseen circumstances, Learn JavaScript London reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time for whatever reason in which case they will refund all sums already paid to affected Clients. No other compensation will be payable.

5. Except where caused by negligence, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty of Learn JavaScript London or its employees in the course of their employment, the company accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of personal injury or loss of life or any other loss or damage howsoever caused.

6. The minimum age for joining a Learn JavaScript London course is 18 unless specifically agreed in advance.

7. Any medical condition that is likely to affect you or any members of staff during the course must be advised to Learn JavaScript London at the time of booking or as soon as possible.

8. Smoking is not allowed on premises at any time during the course.

9. Although we use our best endeavours to keep the information on our website up-to-date, we cannot accept any liability for errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
